Why must I complete KYC after signing up at Level Up Casino for Polish players?

Before your documents clear review, you won’t be able to withdraw any winnings.

Which documents qualify for address verification in Poland?

We accept utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet), bank statements, and official government letters. The document must be dated within three months, show your full name and the address you registered with, and include the issuer’s logo and date. A PDF statement obtained from your provider’s website works fine. Mobile screenshots, envelopes, and handwritten notes are not valid.

How quickly is verification completed for Polish players?

Most people receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. Many Polish players enjoy quicker processing on business days. Is it possible to withdraw my winnings before my KYC is approved?

No https://levelup.info.pl/login/. Your first payout will not be processed until KYC is done. This measure secures you and us: it prevents unauthorized withdrawals and ensures the funds arrive with the confirmed account owner. After you’re verified, all future withdrawals go through without additional identification, unless you switch payment methods or update your personal details substantially.

What should I do if my documents are in Polish and not in English?

Polish-language documents are perfectly fine — no translation necessary. Our compliance team reviews passports, bills, and records in Polish without difficulty. So long as everything is clear and your name is shown clearly in the Latin alphabet, you’re all set. If a document uses Cyrillic or another script not based on Latin characters, it could demand a bit more manual review.

Preparing Your Documents for Approval

Identity Proof

A state-issued photo ID is essential for your KYC submission. We recognize a passport, national identity card, or driving licence — as long as it’s current, not expired, and distinctly shows your full name, date of birth, and a recognizable photo. Scan or capture the whole document; all four corners must be visible, the image clear, and there shouldn’t be any glare that obscures details. Colour copies are more effective because they make it easier our team to spot security features. If your ID has information on both sides, take the front and back separately and upload both images. Don’t cut too tightly or use editing software that could modify how the document looks. Save the files as JPEG, PNG, or PDF, and keep the file size reasonable so the upload doesn’t time out in your account dashboard.

Residence Proof

You’ll also need a recent proof of address that indicates you live where you said you do in Poland. Approved documents: a utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet), a bank or credit card statement, or an official government letter. It must be no older than three months and display your full name, current address, and the date it was issued. We cannot accept mobile phone bills, handwritten notes, or envelopes without a printed letterhead. Digital statements you retrieve from your online banking portal are perfectly valid, as long as they contain all the necessary info — captures of a mobile app preview won’t cut it. Make sure the address you provide corresponds to your registration details precisely; even a tiny difference, like a shortened street name, can trigger a delay. If you’ve just moved, wait until you obtain a bill or statement with your name on it at the new address. Devoting that extra moment at the preparation stage hugely improves your odds of getting verified on the first try.

Frequent Errors to Prevent During the KYC Process

Even a straightforward verification can cause problems if you lack attention. A few typical oversights cause most of the delays, and catching them in time saves you a lot of back-and-forth. The top issues boil down to poor document quality, expired paperwork, and details that don’t match your account. Players sometimes rush the upload and fail to notice a blurry image, or they provide a utility statement in a family member’s name instead of their own. Another slip: using a screen capture of an electronic file instead of the original file, which lowers resolution and can strip out metadata our system needs. Before you hit submit, have a swift check at the list below. Taking a systematic approach now means you won’t need to reupload, and your first payout remains on schedule.

1. Providing an outdated identification document or a document that will expire within the next 30 days.
2. Submitting photographs with bright spots, dark areas, or cut-off borders that obscure vital details.
3. Employing a proof of address older than three months or one that lacks the issuer’s logo and date.
4. Offering documents where your registered name differs in spelling, order, or uses a middle name inconsistently.
5. Submitting files in unsupported formats or with a file size that exceeds the platform’s limit.

Recommendations for a Hassle-Free KYC Process

Taking a few minutes upfront makes KYC into a smooth process. First, gather your documents in a properly illuminated room and give a rapid check before photographing. Our team checks thousands of submissions each month, and the ones that sail through on the opening attempt stick to a few basic rules. Make sure your personal details are uniform, the images are crisp, and the documents you chose are the proper ones. Everything you submit gets cross-checked against your casino account, so alignment is crucial. The checklist below covers the most important steps to sidestep a rejection. Stick to these, and KYC becomes a rapid formality that quietly unlocks your withdrawal access.

• Utilize a flat-bed scanner or the detailed camera on a new smartphone in natural daylight.
• Confirm that your entire legal name, date of birth, and address perfectly match your Level Up Casino profile.
• Scan all sides of double-sided documents and join them into a single file when the upload field enables.
• Label your files to a clear format such as “passport_front” and “utility_bill_march” for ease.
• Hold your original documents accessible in case the compliance team requests a live selfie for biometric comparison.

When the new files are ready, submit them using the same process. Our system keeps your previous attempt on file, so you don’t need to begin from scratch.
